
What is the Marion County Maker Collective?
The Marion County Maker Collective (MCMC) is a nonprofit community makerspace launching in January 2026 to provide expansive access to tools, technology, training, and creative opportunities for residents of Ocala and Marion County. Whether you're an entrepreneur, artist, student, or lifelong learner, MCMC is a collaborative space to explore hands-on making, prototyping, and innovation.
Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen the local economy through creativity, education, and entrepreneurship.

To provide a space for people to learn and create through hands-on activities, often using technology and art.

What We Offer
• Member access to workstations, power tools, 3D printers, and crafting zones
• Classes and workshops in art, technology, design, and fabrication
• Opportunities to sell goods through our on site maker shop- coming in Spring of 2026
• Programs in partnership with local schools, nonprofits, and businesses
• A safe, inclusive space for creative collaboration
